Strategic Resourcing
Quanticate is well known for its ability to provide dedicated teams of people such as SAS programmers, statisticians, data managers and medical writers. These teams work only for you for a specified period of time. This is sometimes referred to as Functional Service Provision (FSP) and gives you an extension of your clinical team for as long as you need it.
It usually involves Quanticate employees working from our own offices but connected to your IT infrastructure. We can also provide people to work on site in your own offices. In addition to Quanticate employees, our solution can be augmented to include contractors or permanent staff placements provided through our recruitment business.
If required, we may also consider opening a dedicated office that is strategically located near your site. The purpose is to provide you with a fully scalable HR solution allowing you to call upon additional resources when required by your workload, thereby reducing both your overhead and concerns about keeping your employees busy throughout the year.
We agree a win-win pricing strategy with the objective of creating a more cost effective option than full time employees and your current CRO outsourcing practices. We learn your SOPs, standards, methodology and working practices and devise a training program to ensure our team adheres to all your quality metrics. We then identify and train the appropriate resources in accordance with your anticipated workload.
