Performance Management & Development
Our Performance Management & Development process is designed to set objectives for employees in their current roles that align with our business objectives. It also establishes new short and long-term objectives aligned with career development goals identified through this process.

On the Job Development
On the job development is essential for our career development process. Informal development occurs through daily work with peers, through mentoring from seniors and through project assignment. We also have a range of external programs that we use to supplement internal training. In addition, all employees have access to our internal vacancies, which provides information on open positions across the organisation.

High Potential Leadership Program
Quanticate has developed an annual program called Equipped for Leadership. The program was created to identify and develop our employees who have the potential to take on senior leadership roles over time. It is intended to be challenging and rewarding and requires a strong commitment to professional development.
