Quanticate places much emphasis on project planning. The project scope is discussed in detail, assumptions clearly documented, team members identified, and achievable timeframes for deliverables agreed.  We ensure that all risks are identified and contingency / mitigation plans are put in place. From start-up to completion, Quanticate’s project managers communicate regularly and openly with clients to ensure progress is transparent and any major issues are managed in a collaborative environment.

Projects across Quanticate are rigorously controlled through use of our Project Portfolio Management System (PPMS - Atlantic Global). Use of this system gives the project manager all necessary tracking information and more time to focus on our clients and their projects.
