On the Job Development

On the job development is essential for our career development process. Informal development occurs through daily work with peers, through mentoring from seniors and through project assignment. We also have a range of external programs that we use to supplement internal training. In addition, all employees have access to our internal vacancies, which provides information on open positions across the organisation.

High Potential Leadership Program

Quanticate has developed an annual program called Equipped for Leadership. The program was created to identify and develop our employees who have the potential to take on senior leadership roles over time.
