Tables and Listings Automation

Our tables and listings automation combines required inputs with optional, configurable settings to produce submission-ready outputs without sacrificing flexibility.

Required Inputs

The following inputs are necessary for our automations to run and generate outputs:

• ADaM or non-CDISC datasets to drive analysis.
• Study-specific conditions (e.g., population flags) to refine outputs.
• Presentation standards to ensure consistency and readability.

Optional Controls

The following settings are not required for output generation, but they allow extensive customisation of output layout and presentation:

• Page size and breaks
• Column widths and alignment
• Post-processing steps for sponsor or program-level conventions.

Output Types

The automation programs support five core output types that cover common table and listing requirements:

• Combined categorical and continuous summaries (e.g. demography summary)
• Categorical summaries (e.g. population counts)
• Continuous summaries (e.g. laboratory data)
• Event summaries (e.g. Adverse event or con medication)
• Listings

As a result, many standard outputs require only minimal adjustment once the core inputs are in place. The result is a streamlined, reproducible process for generating consistent deliverables aligned with shells and SAP specifications.
